I've been sitting here watching a great NHL game, and decided it was a good idea to have an NHL board also. Leafs are currently spanking the Habs 6-0 with 5 minutes left in the 3rd. They are also winning the fights. A great night to be a hockey fan.

Montreal were downright horrible last night. Reimer was awesome in net. I laugh how many Habs fans are mad about the ugliness in the 3rd because Prust's the one who caused it all.

How about the Colton Orr knee on Plekanek? And....I am not even a Habs fan.... The Maple Leafs wanted to chase the Habs out of their building. This is not gonna go well for future faceoffs. Expect the Habs to trade for a couple of goons....when you see guys like Orr, Fraser,McLaren, the purpose is pretty clear to me.

Orr was doing it in retaliation to the slash on the hands he had just gotten from the same guy.

...thought this was amusing.... ;D
WARNING! - The Montreal Police are asking for the public's help. Apparently a short time after 7pm EST a group of approx. 20 men wearing blue and white uniforms stormed the Montreal Bell Centre and took the candy from the babies.......the perps are believed to be on their to the airport enroute to the Toronto area. The public is asked to call Crime Stoppers if these men are seen. Local police ask that residents not confront the perps so they don't get bitch slapped as well. In other news downtown Montreal was set on fire this evening at approx. 9:45....

I'm not a Habs fan, but I don't think some of the crap Orr and McLaren started against Montreal's top line was justified.

The Leafs needed some toughness in their lineup........nice to see them getting it. Any crap that happened in that game, was started by the Habs, out of pure frustration.......we see that in a lot of games where the loser starts it up, when being blown out...........the Leafs finally got some toughness in their lineup, and responded to the crap Montreal started.........the Habs are just trying to deflect the media away, from the fact that they lost bigtime, to a great rival.
what I find impressive, is they are winning without Lupul in the lineup.....arguably their best player.
